George W. Bush Autographs in 2011 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball

ImageFormer President George W. Bush makes an appearance in the just-released 2011 Allen & Ginter Baseball from Topps. President Bush autographed cards are limited to 200 total copies.

The autograph cards feature an image of the former President throwing the first pitch during Game 3 of the 2001 World Series. The game in question was at Yankee Stadium and helped strengthen an American public still reeling from the horrific events of 9/11. The majority of the cards feature Bush's signature in blue, although ten of the cards were signed in red and include inscriptions like "#43" and "U.S.A." below his autograph.

View our 2011 Allen & Ginter preview here and our listing for all the non-baseball autographs, a list that includes Bush's rival in the 2000 election, Al Gore.
