Cubs Celebrated at Chicago’s Brookfield Zoo July 23 and 24

The Real Fan Days continue at the Brookfield Zoo this weekend with the Chicago Cubs as their honored team. In addition to multiple Cubs-centered activities, current and former Cubs players will be available to sign autographs for fans.

Players scheduled to attend:

  • Saturday, July 23rd, 2:00 - 4:00: Milt Pappas
  • Saturday, July 23rd, 5:00 - 6:00: Tony Campana
  • Sunday, July 24th, 5:30 - 6:30: Randy Wells

Interactive events and promotions will also take place including:

  • Sign the Crosstown Cup, which allows Chicago residents to show their support for their preferred baseball team: the Cubs or White Sox
  • Grand Slam Batting
  • All About the Ivy
  • Speed Pitch
  • Giant Bag Toss
  • Real Fan Days Challenge

All the events are included in the price of admission. Visitors who come to the zoo wearing Cubs apparel during the event receive 20 percent off their entrance fee. Regular admission is $13.50 for adults. Discounted rates of $9.50 apply to children aged 3 to 11 and seniors 65 and over. Children 2 and under are free and parking is $9.
